The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 (UK)

The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 apply to private and voluntary-sector organisations with 250 or more employees requiring employers to publish data on their gender pay gaps came into effect on 6th April 2017.
